Is Medichive free?
Personal accounts are free while we're in beta — tracking, records, reminders, family members and wearable sync included. Clinicians apply to practice — we verify your registration and email your sign-up link — or request a demo first.
Who can see my health data?
You, the family members you manage, and only the doctors you've explicitly shared with — through a time-limited consent link you can revoke at any moment. Every read is written to an append-only audit log. There is no admin backdoor: even Medichive administrators cannot open patient records.
Which apps can I use today?
The web app at medichive.in/app is open to everyone, and the Android app is live on Google Play as "Medichive Health". The iOS app is still in TestFlight beta — leave your Apple ID email and we'll send you an invite.
Which wearables and health sources connect?
WHOOP and Google Fit link directly from any client; Apple Health syncs through the iOS app and Health Connect through the Android app. Clinical readings and continuous device data land on the same timeline, drawn as separate sources.
Does the AI make medical decisions?
No. AI output is advisory and always marked — it carries a blue accent everywhere in the product so it's never mistaken for the record itself. Clinical AI drafts wait for a physician to review, edit and sign before anything merges into the chart.
Can I trust what the AI says?
Every guideline-grounded statement carries a numbered footnote citation and a Sources row, and the citation can only point at a source that exists in our clinical catalogue — the AI can't fabricate one. Clinical staging (like a kidney or diabetes stage) is computed by deterministic formulas, never guessed by the model. And every figure links back to the report it came from.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Submit a request on the delete account page — or email dev@medichive.in — and we'll remove your account and the records you own.
